Q: What are the quality of your media files?
All MP3's are 320. Files are clip safe, which means we leave a bit of headroom to avoid distortionh.
Q: Can I get a refund?
We do not give refunds on downloadable content and we offer audio previews throughout the site, so there are no surprises with what you are buying. We do offer refunds on physical products, but that is only for damaged items

All downloadable product sales are final and non refundable. If you have problems downloading our products, contact us using the contact form on our site and we will get back to you within 48hours. Most support requests will be replied to much quicker, but as we are a small company, sometimes replies could take longer, so please be patient.
